How much should I pay for a [deleted]?

[Moderator Note: The TUG Rules don't allow ads in the public forums. I've deleted the details of the particular Week that this OP is questioning, but leaving the thread so that others can offer direction about pricing in the external resale market.] <-- SueDonJ

Take a look at rofr.net as well as tug2.com sales history to get a feel. I don't have a good answer, but others will likely weigh in as well.

Thanks. I know Marriott has the right to take a unit if the price is too low, but I also don’t want to overpay by too much..

Sorry for the dumb question: Can you please explain how to find the sales history on tug2? I cannot for the life of me find it :ROFLMAO: For example, Marriott Maui Ocean Club Lahaina And Napili Villas. I can only find for sale listings so far.

Go to Resorts and Reviews -> Browse Resorts -> Enter resort name, then "Search" -> Click on resort name -> Resale History

FWIW, 2BR OF in Lahaina/Napili have historically sold around $30-32k to clear ROFR. But ROFR is a wild card, as I bought one for $23k 4-5 years ago. ROFR.net and brokers like Syed at Advantagevacation.com are a good starting point.

Marriott: Ocean Watch, Newport Coast, Grand Chateau, Custom House, Timber Lodge, VCP's.

Nice site but not very much participation so not as good as it could be. I did post my recent purchases to contribute to the cause. I wish there was an additional source.

The good news is Marriott turns ROFR requests around very quickly now. I think there might be an over the internet system.
