Looking for some advise...I have bought and paid for 63K points and own 689k re-sale points. I was told at one time I could purchase 63k more points and all the points would be consider VIP. First is this true? How would I go about doing this and any other advice regarding these points?

Hell no that ain't true! If a salesperson mouth is moving....they are LYING...Once you have BOUGHT enough points for VIP....any resale fall into the discounts/etc. BUT resale points NEVER count TOWARDS a VIP level.

No, only points purchased from the developer count towards the VIP totals. However, once your account has been flagged as a VIP level through developer purchases, then all points in the account (including resale) get the same VIP perks. At least today it works that way, they may change that in the future though, so who knows.

It has been many many years since resale points count toward VIP. They NO longer do, but a decade ago they may have, and 5 years ago there were a few loopholes but most have been closed.

Most will say that VIP is NOT worth buying those points from the developer. But if you already have some developer purchases that do, reaching VIP is likely best achieved by doing a 2 PIC weeks along with an additional 1 time developer purchase. Many here will say that in almost all cases VIP is not worth it.
