How to get out of Mayan Palace upgrade contract

I bought an add'l week and upgrade to Grand Mayan(Mayan Palace) 2 weeks ago for $50,000 and am now looking for a way out of this contract. They told me I could get $40, 000 for my Wyndham points with Regal Resales which I am now finding out that this will probaby not happen.
Will appreciate any advice I can get. Thanks

Unless you have something in writing that guaranteed you $40,000 (!!) for your Wyndham points as part of the total contract you may have waited at least 5 days too long to ask you question as the rescind period has passed I believe. After that you have to prove a fraudulent representation was made - not easy and not at all likely to show up in the documents vs what you were fed verbally.
