How to find 3br units?

Is there a thread or listing of resorts that have 3br units? I'm particularly interested in ones trading with II. Also, with II, there is an upcharge to trade into a 3br if you only own 2br. I can see how this works for an instant exchange but is there a way to request the larger unit?

They do allow you now to make a request. They ask if you are willing to pay the upgrade fee if matched and take the CC info. You will be charged if/when you match.

There is a spreadsheet listed in the tug sightings area that has this information. If you download it you can filter to only resorts that have 3 bedroom units.

Yes, you can request an upgrade size when you setup your Ongoing Search Request. Just click on your desired unit sizes (see example below). You’ll also receive an email confirming the unit size upgrade request. The fee will be charged to your credit card on file if you are confirmed into the upgraded unit size.
