How to deposit both halves of a lock off with Interval?

I split my unit with Marriott and have both reservation numbers. I was able to deposit first half of the unit with Interval, but now I don't have a deposit button for the second half? Is there a way to deposit second half of lock off online or do I need to call Interval and do it over the phone?

Last year, I ended up calling them, but there must be a way to do this online?!?

You need to call. We have this issue every year with Harbor Lake. You may need to mention the term "supplemental deposit". They deposit it just like it is your resort and it shows up as your resort in My Units. What resort do you own?

Always Harbor Lake. Its a known glitch with that specific resort. You always have to call. I own Grande Vista and Willow Ridge as well and never have an issue with either of those- just Harbor Lake. You would think they could fix this issue but alas they never do.

It seems that Grande Vista, and all the Florida Club resorts, work okay since they use the same system for searching and depositing. Harbour Lake is the one we also have issues with. Good to know it works at Willow Ridge. Not sure why they can't set Harbour Lake up to work the same way. They were both Horizons properties after all.

I own Marriotts. When I look at "My units" when depositing, I see (1) the efficiency, (2) the 1 BR and (3) the 2 BR units. If I deposited, say, the 1 BR unit, the efficiency and the 2 BR will still show. So, I'd suggest to take another look. If it disappeared, then call.

That is how Harbour Lake shows up, but when you deposit either the 1BR or the studio all three of the units disappear. Perhaps it is because it started out as a 2BR only resort and then later added the lock off option with the final set of buildings and II didn't properly update their system.

With Harbor Lake every time you deposit one side the other side disappears. I have tried doing the 1-bedroom first and another year tried the studio first. Same result. Interval told me they are aware of the issue, but they never seem to fix it.

I called II and deposited second half of my Harbor Lake timeshare. While talking to the rep, I mentioned issue with depositing HL lock offs. I was escalated to a manager who then created a case with an account manager. I was told that I should have a response in a couple of days. I will post an update whether the issue is resolved or not.
