The Wyndham Cozumel has been sold. And I can't get a contact number or any information.
In April 2011, upon our arrival, we had to pay again.
The Wyndham had a Houston number, but that is now a Spanish recording of God knows what.

Anybody have any ideas?

Thanks
Eddie

The op's post was not clear

as to what actually happened.

The FF points were sold prior to 2003 with RTU's in various lengths. Most had 15 years.

Some still pop up every now and then, but Wyndham treats them as an unwanted stepchild.

They we mostly converted to El Cid points between 2005-2010 when the owners of the FF points could covert for free.

You have a Wyndham point account, why don't you see if it still shows as available ?

Greg

Are the Wyndham points owners just out their points? If I understand the post, they had to pay again.

El Cid

I am also an orgininal El Cid(Mazatlan)owner that then upgraded to Fairfield points that then were bought by Wyndham. I do most of my booking online and own a boatload of points and know the points system fairfly well. There are a few Wyndham resorts on Cozumel.Only the El Cid La Ceiba is the resort I and Greg are talking about I think. I check avail. units for that resort a few times a year and usually find what I need either far out or close to check in date. Here is a phone number you might try this is specific number for Mexico resorts with Wyndham or El Cid never have really figured out which 1-866-415-4349 have your account number ready.
Owning timeshare and learning the different programs is like a college degree. It is very expensive and takes many years.

Good Luck
