I have a reservation for a one bedroom in the Florida Keys in July. I need to change the date if I can. I would like to stay at the same place but don't have to. The problem is that there are not too many places that come up in the Keys very often. I do not have enough points to get another reservation without dropping the first one. If I do see another room available, can you call and get them to cancel the first one and immediately reserve the next one? Is that the best way to do it? Is there a better way?
I currently have 15,000 points for 2012. The reservation I have now is for 71,000 points. I will get more points in 2012, but would like to grab a room if one appears.
