So with this new "situation" about not changing names, what is the procedure for Abound? Are they "deeds" that have to be re-filed or is it more of a trust and it won't be that difficult?

We originally bought a FW resale and put a few of my children's names on it. Then we bought another FW but we were then told that we didn't need to put our children's names on it for usage so we quitclaimed the first property bringing it back to just my husband and myself.

Then this year we bought Abound resale but stuck with only our two names. Our plan WAS to buy another 3k so now I need to figure this whole thing out. So I do have the two account numbers in my MVC. I'd prefer to not have to re-deed the FW but I'm not sure if that is a possibility.

Does setting up a trust do anything? If I have to add my children's names I will but one of them isn't eighteen yet, thus causing a new problem.

Yes, Abound ownership involves deeds, which would need to be changed to add additional owners and enable accounts in their names. The points involve a land trust, but owners such as yourself have deeded Beneficial Interests in that land trust.

I have not gone the trust route (am thinking about it), so I'm not certain of the details of how that works.
