To add to the last comment, our numbers have surged significantly, and they are increasingly vigilant re people who are supposed to be in quarantine. The Chief of Police stressed that there will be fewer warnings and more citations and arrests. There is now a one-way quarantine to the neighbor islands. They can come to Oahu (although I don't see why they would want to; they are doing a good job in keeping their numbers low), but we can no longer go to the neighbor islands without facing quarantine. (For a brief period we could travel to any of the neighbor islands freely without quarantine.) But people were getting careless re wearing masks, and respecting social distance, and that is certainly reflected in our higher numbers. Things were supposed to open up as of Sept 1, but I wouldn't be surprised if that date is extended again.
