How soon can a 2017 floating week be traded in II?

Hi, all! I own a "fixed/floating" week in the Cascades section of SVR. It is deeded as Week 7, but can float 1-52. It is an Every-Other-Year week, and its next use is in 2017.

I see that my 2016 weeks are already available for deposit, so I'm guessing that a 2017 week can be deposited starting January 1, 2016. Am I correct that this 2017 week can be deposited in Interval starting January 1, 2016?

Yes - The first day you can reserve it, is the first day you can deposit it.

But, you will have to pay the 2017 maintenance fee, first.
