You can find the MF for any of the resorts through your my-vacationclub.com account. Navigate through the "Resort Search" button to the resort in question, click on the "Weeks Owners" tab and you should find a link to the current Operating Budget. MF's are billed and payable annually as far as I know, but Grande Vista's budget makes it look like monthly payments are an option?

2011 Grande Vista 3BR (You may need to log in.)
$1,058.24 Operating and Reserve Fee
$141.32 (Gold) or $172.33 (Plat) Property Tax
