Darn!

Our marina was still $3.70 gallon today. Local gas stations are $1.84.

I'm wondering what other FL (and other) marinas are charging.

How far is the gas station from the Marina? Do you have a trailer? Time to get towing!

A couple of 5 gallon jerry cans ought to do the trick.

You'd think so, but they aren't allowed at our racks. Also, a fill-up is 120 gallons on my boat and a whole lot more on others, so .30-.40 gallon makes a big difference.

Yep, that's about right. Pumps here are about $1.90 regular, $2.20 premimum, so I'd expect about $3.20 not $3.70. The rack utilizes an independent contractor as the dockmaster and provides a ship store free for his use for other things. Unfortunately, he doesn't purchase large enough quantities of gasoline to purchase at the right price...hence, our prices are always higher than others, but not usually by such a large amount. The racks were sold with the pitch that gas would be discounted...sigh.

Brian, I didn't realize you were in Florida. What city?
