Does anyone have an idea? At 2 pm, the first call took 5 min. Had to call back, now it's 8 min.

I have a feeling only one person is working the phones.:ponder:

Took one hour to cancel a booking. One nearly cancelled my 2016 booking. Oh dear. You think they need more trained specialists?

We're Chairman's level and have a "special" line that I don't think has enough staffing either. Two times I've tried booking at 9 am for 13 month weeks release and kept getting the message that they were experiencing high call volume and couldn't take my call (not even ability to hold) Finally got thru later in morning (nothing available) and the rep said people were saying it was taking 45 mins to get through. I haven't had this type of problem at 13 month release in the past. No problems at 12 month release. And I tried out the online reservation and that was awesome. Wish I could do that for 13 month weeks reservations. It seems ridiculous to make people wait on hold for 45 mins or an hour.

I don't know how "special" the lines are, a few nights ago I called both the presidential line and the regular 800 number at the same time. Both lines had over 30 minutes of expected wait times and both were answered at almost the same time.
