How many results for eBay search "timeshare" while searching from abroad?

After reading in some threads how many search results people have on ebay for e.g. Marriott timeshares I got the feeling that I am not seeing all of them.

Currently the search for "timeshare" in all categories results in 1,135 hits.

I set up a saved search yesterday for "timeshare" and the eMail I got this morning says it found 1,739 results. When I click on the link "show them all" I again just see 1,135 items.

My first idea was that as I am mostly searching while logged in using my eBay Germany login data (which also works for all other eBay sites) associated to my German psotal adress it does not give me the results that have "delivery only to the US" in teh auction settings.

Next try was to use a computer and browser which I never used with my German ebay account (noone logged in for the search). Same result: I only see 1,135 items for the search term "timeshare".

Could it be that eBay US filters for the location of the IP-adress and compares it to the "delivery only to the US" filed of an auction?

Could you please check how many search results you see when searchign for "timeshare" and psot where you are located while doing the search (US or abroad)?

Any other ideas why I do not see anything?

Thanks a lot for your help!

1100 is the right number

I find the email notification *much narrower* will often include duplicates
