How many 2 BR units are at Bay Club, Sandestin?

I'm trying to figure my probability of a trade next Dec. into several 2 BR units. There are some 1 BRs avail, but really wanted 2 BR.

Please advise me, if anyone knows, how many 2 BR units are there and your experience trading into that location for December.
