How long to join RCI weeks

A relative owns a resort in Antigua (Jolly Harbour, #4862) and wants to join RCI so she can exchange it. Any estimate on how long it would take, and the best way to go about it?

I told her to check with the resort itself, they might have a way to facilitate it. Otherwise, I imagine she'd have to provide proof that she owns there to have an account open and a linked to her resort, then some additional time to verify it's up to date when so goes to deposit it.
