How long from purchase to payment to seller ?

what is a ballpark estimate of time between purchase (deeds signed by both parties) and check received by seller.....very hard to figure out ! .....weeks..?. months ? no way to estimate ?

That's like asking, "How long will I wait in line at the supermarket?" without specifying what market, time of day, etc.

What resort? What system? If you ask this question in the appropriate thread for that company, you might get a decent ballpark of how long others have waited....
