How is this swap done?

I was browsing ebay checking on Marriott Aruba Ocean Club.

In this ebay ad, it states that this was a swap from points from a Hyatt property. I didnt think you could do that unless you push the points into interval and then do an exchange (which can't be rented). Is there another way to swap points?

" It is a "swap" for expiring points that I have with Hyatt Vacation Club. I have had some serious health issues and I am no longer able to travel as frequently as in the past."

It would appear to me that this is a rental of an II exchange. It would be theoretically possible as well (but less likely) that it is the result of a private exchange between a Hyatt and a Marriott owner.
