After many years of exchanging, renting, etc. I decided a number of years ago to make a change and bought 6 Fixed Week/Fixed Units at 6 different Independent HOA controlled Resorts in 6 different States. My goal in my advancing years was to eliminate all TimeSharing hassles. I no longer own any of them (old age and health was the reason). Thinking back if I still had the Weeks and the COVID-19 situation had arisen, I would have been able to just decide not to use this year's Week and not worry about it. The reason I could do this was the low cost of the Weeks (less than $8,000 for the 6 of them) and their low MFs...
