How does this work with a set deeded week?

If you had a set deeded week (Ex: week 26 or week 52) how does that work if you have a 2nd week purchased through redweek? Would you still be allowed to book your weeks together? (Consecutive or concurrent)

Yes. It doesn't matter where you buy.

But it was my understanding that these weeks don't open up to other weeks owners - only if you specifically purchased a set week, like July 4th, could you get tgat week - so how would I book my 2nd week concurrently?

If your second week isn't the event/holiday week then you can't book concurrently. You could do consecutive. You can still only reserve for the season owned. In order to book concurrent at 13 months, the second week would also have to be an event/holiday week.

There are very few fixed weeks (and fixed units) in the system other than the oldest resorts like Monarch, Vail & HP. There are some on Maui. There are also a fair number of Platinum Plus weeks that are USUALLY a set week but you still have to make a reservation. Just clarifying as I wasn't clear if you were taking about one or the other specifically. As noted, as long as the dates match up to be concurrent or consecutive, you can book them together for any of those situation (fixed, Plus, Seasonal). Points is a different animal and not applicable to this discussion.
