Does the season and unit that you trade in matter? Are they all just the same to RCI If you trade points?

What about fixed weeks ? Do they trade directly into RCI or does Bluegreen have to deposit them for you?

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
If you own a non converted week (whether fixed or float) that is managed by bluegreen and you want to exchange you need to deposit your fixed week or reserve you float week and then deposit your week into your rci account. You have to pay for and maintain the rci account.

If you have a bluegreen points account you access rci through the bluegreen portal and use points to exchange. Your rci account is paid for my your bluegreen annual fee which is a separate fee from your MF's.

Thank you, tschwa2. That answers the question for a week owned that is not in Bluegreen points. But what if you have points? Do points originating from a high red week count more in the RCI system when Bluegreen deposits them in? Or does Bluegreen just reassign that week elsewhere in its own internal system and hand RCI a set of points for a week that is a white or blue in a popular resort?

And can the Bluegreen weeks deposited into RCI from points pull well in the RCI system? Do they pull from the RCI points or RCI weeks inventory or both?
