How do you cancel an II ongoing search request online?

Yes, it's better to call

Hello:

There are still a few "glitches" in the Interval on-line system.

For example, if you delete a particular resort from your on-going exchange
request. it will still pop up ....... it's not really deleted. You have to phone
in to get it deleted.

Now, I haven't checked recently, so maybe some of these "glitches" have
been fixed.

Does anyone know ???

Regards,
Patricia

The system works fine adding and subtracting resorts and dates, but not the whole request.

Agree,
A couple of weeks ago we were able to delete all but one and had to call II to drop the whole search. Was told that was their SOP so that fumble-fingered (my words) searchers wouldn't inadvertantly drop a long standing search and have to re-start it and go to the bottom of the waiting list.
