Thanks to Tug advice years ago, I bought a RTU contract for 83,000 RCI points annually for a fixed rate that never increased and was exempt from special assessments at a California resort. My family and I enjoyed many amazing resort stays using RCI points for exchange reservations everywhere for motel 6 prices.
Age has taken its toll and I terminated the contract this year.
My Problem: I have 273,000 RCI points expiring July 31, 2025, and can’t use them. What can I do with these points?

I hope someone comes along to answer the question that knows more then I do. I would guess you can gift someone an exchange that can use the week?

Selling or renting RCI points is against RCI rules, but it appears people are selling their RCI points on Marketplace. This can work if the purchaser has an RCI points account that the points can be transferred to. It appears the the typical asking price is around 1 cent per point; however, I would anticipate the actual selling price may be materially less.
