I see my loan balance information on the website under Your Loan Information/Loan Summary, but how do I print it out as a statement?

In the absence of any other reply, here's my stab at it...

I suggest using your browser's print function to print the page.
If you only want part of it, highlight the part you want, right-click and select print.
Alternatively, you can install a snip-tool, and use that to print the part you want.

But if you're looking for a more formal billing doc, call the peep who service the loan.

Its been a few years since we had a loan from HGVC, but i don't recall a way to get real statement view, i.e. a pdf that opens up like a paper statement. I am not sure if they added anything like that with the new website. I think the suggestion to use a printscreen or snipe tool are probably the best bet.

There are no loan statements other than the end of year interest report, and your statement for your maintenance fees.

I think this is intentional so people dont realize how much they are paying in interest versus principal!

Thanks, I ended up assembling screenshots to look like a fairly decent statement and hopefully, that will serve the purpose.

It is very disappointing that there is no statement available, very unprofessional, I don't think that is right or transparent at all. I've been looking out for aspects of HGVC that appear scam like, and this is one of them. Bummer.
