On the DAE website it says "Bank your week on exchange confirmation (No Obligation)." Please explain how this works.

I interpreted this to mean that if DAE can match my request, then they would contact me and I would bank a week at that time. However, the last five times I have entered a search request, I have gotten an email from Michelle five days later stating that she cannot enter my request because I don't have a deposit. She says I can do a "will bank," but when I emailed for an explanation, she did not respond. How can I do a "will bank?"

Hello jimbiggs,

We do indeed accept requests without deposits, but we do need to know what you are willing to deposit if the requested week is found. This is what Melissa is referring to as a 'will bank'. I assume you mean Melissa, she is our online specialist.

If you can give me your email address or phone number - or wish to call us at 800-468-1799 and speak to our sales manager Alex Vindel (alex.v@daelive.com) she can explain and help you with your request (Melissa is out of the office today).

Thanks for your inquiry.
