How do I go about finding a low-cost exchange week for a particular II resort?

My parents like to swap into a resort near my house. It's a small resort and I'm pretty sure that it's low demand. I've been using one of my Foxrun weeks deposited in II to grab this resort, but the MF's on Foxrun are over $600/year now. Add in the $139 II fee and the week starts to seem relatively $$ to me. I would rather purchase another cheap swap week with low fees to swap for the resort that my parents want and then use Foxrun for other trades in II if I could. How do I go about finding resorts that 1) are inexpensive to buy into 2) have low fees and 3) swap for the resort in question?

My parents don't want to own at the resort that they choose to stay at (even a cheap resale) since MFs there would be even higher than my Foxrun fees (on the beach in FL). Even if I have an AC available I can't use it for this resort unless we're less than 60 days out so that idea is out too. Since my mom can only vacation on certain weeks every year due to her job, I tend to grab the weeks that they need when I see them (usually way more than 60 days out).

What time of year are your parents staying? Florida on the beach is quite high demand during certain times of year; the fact that the resort is small tends to make it higher in demand relative to supply, not lower.

Also, what quality level is this resort? You will want something that isn't too different in quality for trading in to it.

If you post on the sighting board, and give the name of the resort, probably someone can give you ideas of what will trade for it.
