How do I exchange for a 2009 week at a Spain Marriott? (New ownership not yet final.)

I am currently awaiting for Marriott to complete my transfer of title on a purchase at Marriott Ko Olina in Oahu. The previous owner booked a week on my behalf for a March week. I want to exchange for a week in Spain later in 2009.

Can anyone help with how I do this?

You cannot deposit your week with an exchange company until the deed is recorded in your name.
