How do I escape the KBV nightmare???

Are folks who actually paid one or more (not Wyndham) of the Special Assessments collected by Wyndumb going to get them back?

So, the word is that Wyndham actually paid their share of the SA, which is how it got to 80% threshold to proceed with the project. And evidently the repair of building G is going ahead, so, it’s being spent. Totally another question as to why it’s going ahead.

It's worth remembering that these repairs are being done by AOAO, not the IOA. Assuming this might all take a while, I can sort of see why they might want to make G & H habitable again, because there are some whole owners who live(d) in them. I'm not going to begrudge them that. But, I'm a well-known polyanna about this whole thing, so I am not sure I'd listen to me.

This might just be another instance why it is very messy to combine whole ownership and timeshare fractionals in the same condominium plan.
