II made an error in matching and confirming my exchange request today. Yes, I know. Call them within 24 hours and ask them to correct it. But I've been trying most of the day to call and continue to get their *go to our website and deal with your problem yourself, we are to busy to help you* response. My question: Is there any way I can cancel the request confirmation myself online so I'm not stuck with it?
