I have an ongoing search for a 2BD for a resort in the Tampa area for the second week of March, 2007, using a Fairfield GC red 2BD deposit. How difficult a trade will this be for this time of year?

I would expect this to be a very tough trade. Many southern schools have Spring break around then as do many colleges. Lots of Europeans also seem to come over then. You might already be late in starting your search.
