Hi,

I just purchased a resale and have gotten up to the point where i get the documents from the title company, The time share is a weeks at Bali Hai converted to points. I call Wyndham trying to check on this but they will not tell me anything. just said i can should ask for an account statement form the owner. Which i did and was sent through the title company. I have been through a process where documents looked legit but they were doctored so i am a bit skeptical about the letter, I just want to be sure that what i am about to purchase is the value stated and the point are indeed available. How do i get Wyndham to confirm this? anyone know? thanks in advance.

Until it is transferred to your name, Wyndham shouldn't give you any information about the account. You can request an estoppel from the seller. It will be filled out by a Wyndham employee and is supposed to be current to the date they sign the form. Things can still change after that date.
