Bravo! to Hotels.com. They refunded 100% of my New York hotel reservation for 4/21-23. I booked and paid for a cheaper option “no change, no refund” and it was them, Hotels.com, who contacted me and offered a refund. Excellent job!

Congrats!
I cancelled 6 hotel bookings today. Well, one cancelled me.
Seaport in Boston says they will be closed thru 5/31.
Fortunately, none were prepaid.
