There are weeks available on the DAE web site at:

1. Taoyuan Zai Yan Leader Hotel
(http://www.zai-yanleaderhotel.com.tw/english/about.asp)
2. Feng Tai Hot Spring Hotel & Spa
(http://www.hoyaresort.com.tw/chihpen/)

From the hotel web sites, there are different grades (standard, Deluxe, executive, 2 or 4 number of persons,...etc.) of rooms listed. Which grade is for the weeks that DAE has? Does DAE get different grades of rooms? Can DAE indicate the grade for an available week online?

Also, are breakfasts, parking, hot springs use fee, spa treatment included with the timeshare week reservation? It seems they came with the hotel night booking.
