Considering a purchase from Hotel Timeshare Resales International. Would anyone share any experience you have had with them?

No specific experience, but I know they have a physical brick and mortar storefront in Palm Desert. Same plaza as Ralph's near Marriott's Desert Springs Villas. Seems to be a licensed real estate broker. If they have what you want and the price is right, then it shouldn't be an issue. You might be paying a little more than what you could do DIY as they will have a commission and sellers usually list a little higher when they sell through a broker.
