I dont book Marriot hotels often but want to price for a friend who needs a hotel for a medical trip, what are the discount codes again? And can I use for someone else if I am not travelling? I am Titanium Elite incase they makes a difference.

If it's the Marriott Owner-Discount codes [Presidents/Chairmans] you are looking for then the owner needs to be present at check-in or Marriott may revert to the original retail rate.
The discounts if available are only on Timeshare/Resort properties.

The discounts only work for Vacation club bookings, Bonvoy don't allow you to book for someone else via your account. It may be able to be done but there is a risk. It might be easier to book via another platform.
