On a side note, maybe this will bring back some sand and restore part of the beach at the Grand Mayan. It certainly doesn't need any more erosion.

The forecast I just looked at has it no more than a Cat 1 at this point, that's good news for a hurricane. Seems yesterday, I saw a Cat 3 forecasted.

Can anyone tell us if there was storm damage in the Cancun area?
