THANK GOD!! everything SEEMS to be working okay... now, i just have 1 more question. when the computer was rebooting.. it said my SYSTEM BATTERY MEMORY WAS LOW. now, before i do anything else, i am ASSUMING this message is referring to the little(looks like a c cel battery) i saw when i had the cover off. AM I CORRECT?? if yes, then all i have to do is just replace this little battery, RIGHT???

Yup. Removing that battery will mean you have to reset the time and date when you power back up, but nothing worse than that.
