We're heading to Marriott's Newport Coast Villas on Sunday and would like to find a good tour from Anaheim that's maybe only 2-4 hours. The resort has a tour with Have Fun Tours, but it's 8 hours. Since we are two seniors, we'd like to find a shorter tour of the celebs homes. We took the tour to the Farmer's Market, Hollywood Walk of Stars and Universal Studios last year from Escondido. We don't mind driving to Anaheim to get the tour, but do not want to drive to LA. Are we out of luck? I've been searching for days, but some of the tours listed on Trip Advisor have poor reviews. We may need to find something else to do while in the area.

Because of driving time in the traffic, you are unlikely to find something that is only 2-4 hours.

That being said, I would not spend time or money on these tours. You just drive by the house and they tell you who lives there. I think there are lots better things to do in Southern CA.

The shortest I can find is for 5 hours.

It's so odd the tours leaving from Carlsbad, CA are about the same duration as the ones leaving from LA County. Denise is probably on to something with the traffic issue.

You might consider a Harbor Cruise in Newport Beach. Some of them include sightings of celebrity homes. More do-able in your timeframe and there's plenty of celeb homes in Newport Beach.

Thanks so much for your help. I think that we will try to book with Anaheim Tour Company.
