We have a beach front timeshare at Hollywood Beach Tower in Hollywood Florida for the 21st week of the year (end of May; usually around Memorial Day). Maintenance fees are approx. $780/year. 1 bedroom, sofa sleeper, full kitchen.

We'll pay all costs to switch the deed over to you. We have 3 banked weeks with RCI that we'll also throw in as well. One expires May 2020, the other 2 expire 2021 with 15, 17, and 23 trading power. That would get you 3 weeks worth of vacations, plus the one week we own in FL in May (the 21st week of the year) that we haven't banked into RCI yet. So, 4 vacation weeks.

You can combine all the week points (15, 17, 23) to get you a bigger trading value, but I don't think you'll need to. We have easy enough times getting vacations for those point values. But it is an option. You can also bank the FL week that we haven't yet into RCI for a 4th RCI week, or use that week at the home resort.

This is not a scam. We purchased this timeshare 17 years ago, and simply don't use it (that might be obvious with us having the 4 weeks to offer).
