Wondering if anybody has participated or can give some general feedback - either as a buyer or seller ? Received an email for those folks interested in listing (had a couple ads there for rentals). Anyways just wondering if worth the cost to list ? Noticed some threads indicating prices going down on ebay sales. Thanks for any feedback. By the way, I've had not great luck with either MyResort Network or Redweek in the past for either the rentals or for sale items ....

 Wow, nobody has any thoughts on this one ? My understanding, there was only one prior auction similar to this.

You must be asking to much or offering dog units(not during prime time).
A prime red TS will sell or rent if offered at a good price, no matter what the venue.

I've had a few listings for sale and rental on both myresortnetwork and redweek. Recently I have had alot of activity from myresortnetwork (two rentals and a possible sale). I have seen nothing from redweek and won't renew with them. Make sure your prices are reasonable, that's the key.

Prices reasonable?
Some dogs can't be given away!

I don't think that the LaVista or Flamingo (St Maarten) or Bay Club of SanDestin (Fl) fall into the "some dogs can't be given away" category.

I was trying to provide what I hope will be helpful advice to the OP. They will soon enough realize if they own a dog if, when their price becomes competitive for the resale market (and that price could indeed be zero), they still don't get it sold.

Sernow:

Thanks, I hope others agree with you. The question is how much are they worth ? For 15 bucks holiday will give me an idea ..... ebay completed auctions - according to another thread don't go back very far and show no activity for St Maarten - I cannot get any completed listings - seems odd .... Yes, they are all beach units - FL in Feb and March.

Make sure your listings are accurate, provide information, and are well written. Also take the time to put together a packet of information and pictures that you can e-mail to anyone who contacts you requesting information.

It may be anecdotal, but I have recently seen an increase in activity on myresortnetwork. If you still have a current listing there, try sprucing it up.
