Has anyone heard of this group? I'm about to buy a timeshare, and they claim to do all the closing work. The timeshare I'm buying is in Florida, and I always thought a Florida attorney needed to do this.

I purchased my timeshare in Myrtle Beach from them. It was probably about 10 years ago and I don't recall if they handled the closing work. Everything did go smoothly with my transaction.

I bought a timeshare in Michigan through the Holiday Group last spring, with them handling the closing. From the end of the eBay auction to receipt of the original recorded deed took 10 weeks. It took 2 of those weeks for the county to record the new deed and return it to the closing company. It then took the resort 5 of those 10 weeks to revise their records and return the deed to the closing company so that the closing company could forward it on to me.

Is Holiday Resales Inc the same as Holiday Group which is quite popular on e-bay. Their closing costs are a little pricey but their sales are very reasonable

I think they must have 3-4 different arms of the same company or 3-4 difference companys set up, but all are the same at some point up the ladder.

I think that they have two different groups that sell on ebay. The way I see it, is that they buy up timeshares from various sources, first they try to sell it from their main group, then after a certain amount of time, if they don't sell it, they move it to the first ebay group and if it doesn't sell, they move it to the second ebay group.
