Holiday plane fares to Hawaii

We're very tentatively hoping to plan a visit to Hawaii in December, using one of our two deeded weeks at Kona Coast Resort. Using faulty reasoning a year ago (wish I had thought to ask y'all), I reserved Thursday to Thursday weeks - Dec. 23-30 and Dec. 30-Jan. 6. Now looking to deposit one and keep the other in hopes the coronavirus will allow us to travel then, along with my dad who will be 96 at the time. Just wondering whether roundtrip plane fares would likely be lower for one of those weeks than for the other, or if they'll be priced pretty much the same due to being holiday weeks. Any ideas? TIA!
