I'm a RCI Points member and I stayed there last January. Orange Lake will nickel and dime you for everything (pay for tubes, hippo slide, mini golf). I know it's too late now but I recommend Bonnet Creek. Everything is free there and a better experience. Also watch out for the check-in "hand-off" to where they will try to sell you a pass to use the tubes, slide, and golf and to sit in for a "presentation". At Bonnet Creek they tell you to see the "Parking Pass", which you can avoid as you don't need a parking pass as long as you have a room key.

So, tell them NO if you don't want to go to the presentation. I would not let this impact my enjoyment of a very nice, and large, resort. Plenty of things to do without paying any fees.
On the other hand, if you like going to owner updates or sales presentation, then go. Take the print out of recent ebay sales to show the presenter. They should let you go quickly, but you may have to go through the 90 minutes to get your "gift" I understand that the gift may include free or reduced tubes for the pool and mini golf.
