Following in the footsteps of Exploria, we recieved confirmation today that Holiday Inn Club Vacations is now referring (in writing!) its owners to the Upfront Fee resale company Timeshares Only.

At one point I felt the industry was making an effort to provide legitimate exit options to its owners who they know full well have little to no chance of selling. This trend seems to dictate the exact opposite is happening.

Holiday Inn Club Vacations does not have an internal resale department or buy-back program, so as an alternative you may proceed with the following option which may help you. Be advised, this is only a suggestion we provide for owners to help them during this process. Holiday Inn Club Vacations® Incorporated is not affiliated with this company.
