Hello, I recently purchased a few months ago in Tennessee and I live in MD, I don't live very far from another resort they have in Virginia.
A few HICV owners on one of the Facebook groups say their memberships include free day use for some of the resorts they visit, they just have to prove they are a member and they can use the amenities.
Is this true? Does this only apply to certain resorts?

Thank you

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
Orange Lake and the former silverleaf resorts are the only ones that officially have a day use policy and that is only for owners that are deeded or contracted at Orange Lake (any village) to use Orange Lake and any former silver leaf to use any former silverleaf. In practical application most resorts (except Cape Canaveral) will probably allow you day use if you show your HICV membership card. So officially you have no right to day use at Williamsburg or any other HICV resort. You can certainly call and ask if you can use the facilities if not staying onsite for a particular upcoming trip. Make sure you get the name of the person you spoke to.

It is my understanding that technically Florida residents are excluded from day use at Orange Lake.
