Holiday beach resort phase II, destin

Why is there suddenly so many Holiday Beach Resort phase Ii units for sale in the tug marketplace. We have been there but have rarely seen purchase availability, but now there are 8 units listed for sale. I have also seen rentals handled by two different agents this past year. It I especially interesting because there are no phase I units listed for sale

One thought would be the aging of the residents and no longer a need. Another thought may be the ongoing maintenance fees may be a burden for some.....
