Holding Account Points -> Bonvoy?

Does anyone know if DC points in a holding account can be exchanged for Bonvoy points? Non holding account points sure can, subject to the 9 month rule. Before you ask why I might do that, I get about the same value out of my Bonvoy points as the MF on the DC points. Pretty close to even trade at 40 to 1.

No they can’t- unless they change the policy due to the pandemic.
I just did a chat last week and was told they could be used for a stay, resort credits, or travel insurance.
