Hilton's new guest confirmation format?

What is the deal with this "guest confirmation?" The guest's info was entered online, but the confirmation that was sent out only has the owner's name one it - not the guests? Please advise:

It looks like a screen print of the reservation Denise, guest cert fee shows $0.00

HGVC does have a problem with not sending the guest confirmation, you have to call in and the phone rep will send the updated reservation with the guest name.
