Hilton has been a class act on this. Hope Marriott will follow. Bonvoy only extending certs to Jan 2021 which may not be enough time plus they said their systems may not be equipped to change expiration until end of April.

Just saw that. Our 2020-expiring certs we used last November for the Conrad London, but this will extend the new ones from this year by several months, so that's cool.

Cheers.

Hilton and HGVC have been nothing but a class act through all of this. Meanwhile, Marriott has been playing catch up and MVCI has decided that it's happy in 42nd place behind DVC, HGVC, Wyndham, UCV, Holiday Inn Vacations, and every other timeshare company and/or exchange system on the planet.

Sigh. While I am Hilton Diamond and have some HGVC most of my travel has been in Marriott. They may well have lost me over this...

I prepaid for a no cancel hotel room from Hilton as a wedding gift for good friends. Now I'm kicking myself for not just keeping the original reservation I'd made which I could have canceled. The stay was for the last night of their honeymoon when they get off of a cruise ship in Honolulu. I am assuming the cruise is canceled since they were to leave in April. I'm hoping Hilton might take pity on me.

Major Kudos to Hilton for doing this. Marriott on the other hand....
And don't get me started on Korean Air.
