I know nothing about points. We own this unit every year for week 48. If we bank it, we have a week to use elsewhere. We have never had any points.
Maintenance fee for 2018 is $853.
It is not a lock-off. It's one unit, like a townhouse with a master bedroom and bath, living area and kitchen on the first floor, and two more bedrooms and bath upstairs.

We are no longer offering this unit.
We just found out - thanks to TUG Brian! - that Spinnaker does indeed have an "exit program," so we are exiting!
